Fencing

Majestic Meadows is governed by a set of rules and restrictions to ensure that our community stays in compliance for each and every member of the community.

The following are the rules relating to Fences within the Majestic Meadows community.

These rules are located in the Majestic Meadows Restrictions – Item 13.

All fencing must be to the rear of the residence. All fences and fence rows must be properly maintained, as well as kept trimmed.

Chain link and wire type fencing are prohibited within the Majestic Meadows community.

Solid privacy fences are permitted with a maximum height of SIX feet.
